Walnut Edutech Championship is an integrated competition organized by Walnut Education Sdn. Bhd., aimed at nurturing the interest and talents of primary and secondary school students in the field of technology and innovation. The competition will be held for the second time in 2026 and is expected to progress from the state or regional level to the national level in 2026, followed by the international level in 2027. In addition, students who participated in the 2025 competition and meet the qualifying criteria will have the opportunity to be shortlisted to participate in an international competition scheduled for 2026, enabling them to develop their talents on a global platform while enhancing their confidence and technological skills.
 

The Walnut platform adopts an interactive learning approach, incorporating elements of gamification, animation, and hands-on experiences, allowing students to better understand technology and programming concepts more effectively. Furthermore, the platform is designed to reduce the teaching workload for educators and enables teachers, even those without a strong technical background, to initiate robotics and programming instruction with ease, thereby facilitating the implementation of technology-based learning activities in schools.
